Noah Horton, CTO and Co-Founder of Involver, is a seasoned software architect who began programming in 2nd grade. He has wide-ranging interests and expertise in video advertising, networking, and software development. After completing a Double Major in Mathematics and Computer Science, he joined Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Sun Microsystems. He has filed more than 25 patents and published articles on development techniques in widely read publications, including the Java Developer’s Journal.
At Microsoft, Noah was a Developer Evangelist for the company’s Fortune 500 accounts. He was later the Program Manager for P2P protocols in Windows, and a member of the 9-person Networking Architecture Committee, which was charged with setting the technical direction of Microsoft’s entire Networking division.
Before co-founding Involver, Noah was the software architect at NeoEdge Networks, an in-game advertising business. Among other things, he was responsible for designing many of the company’s ad products.
